Past Reports and Holding Samples

 

Can I see my past reports online?

• Sure can, using an email you receive reports with, create an online account on our website under User Report Login. You will be able to see any past reports and current samples being tested with any account that has your email attached to it.

 

Do you hold on to samples after they are run for reruns or upgrades?

• Holding time is sepcific to the sample type and space in the lab. If there is enough sample leftover, we can typically hold samples anywhere between 1-3 months after analysis. Past three months, we suggest you call us and ask if we still have it.
• If you are looking to do a rerun on a pathogen test, we suggest you pull a new sample.
